Explore Bedrock Gardens
April 22 @ 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Over 40 years Jill Nooney and her husband, Bob Munger, developed 30 rural acres in Lee, New Hampshire, into a show-stopping garden of delight. Filled with distinctive garden spaces, water features, and Jill’s unique sculptures, the garden slowly evolved through their deep love for the land, an insatiable urge to experiment, and a lot of grit. Nooney will tell the tale of their journey going from a private oasis to a public garden.
Jill Nooney grew up in rural New Jersey. She graduated from Bennington College, Smith College School of Social Work, and the Radcliffe Seminars Program in Landscape Design. She has had a lifelong interest in plants, art, and healing the human spirit. In 2023 she and her husband gifted the garden to the Friends of Bedrock Gardens to be enjoyed by all.
Free and open to the public.
